Sunstroke

I got a sunstroke today after staying many hours in the sun, probably not drinking enough water. I felt very suddenly exhausted and sick to my stomach. I have not experienced this before, at least not to this point, it was not a nice feeling, also my head was dizzy. When we got home I had drink some more water and to lie down on the floor and rest a bit. After I ate some food I started to feel OK.
