Garden View

I've been enjoying the way that the deep cerise pink of these geraniums is echoed in the colour of the rose beyond, so thought I'd go for a change from my photo sorting obsession (which has gone on for another da.  We've also been gaining great pleasure from watching the new baby birds that are feeding in the garden, especially the baby woodpecker that is being fed by the parents - no photos as I've not wanted to disturb them as I opened a window.

We've lost the beautiful summer days and now look set for a spell of wet and humid weather.  At least we've avoided the worst downpours that have been happening around the country (and in France).
