It's party time

Afternoon tea at church today to celebrate the queens birthday. We were going to hold it outside but the weather was to risky. We were thrilled with the number of visitors who came - many who responded to leaflets we put through the doors. We were able to give everyone a copy of the book published by the Bible Society to commemorate her birthday which tells a lot about her faith.
JP is still not well - he was due to take the service after the tea but our minister had to take it instead - unheard of for JP to miss taking a service!
