A flock of Jackdaws

I never knew that Jackdaws are so familiar birds in Finland before I went to the "Sea of Barns", the largest farming areas in Finland. A Jackdaw is a nuisance. It makes it´s nest into chimneys. The nests are so firm that they can totally bloke the chimney. If the nest has been done one cannot have a fire in one´s oven. If you shoot one protected-by-law Jackdaw you are commiting a crime and you are fined for that. And furthermore you have to comprensate the value of one Jackdaw to the state that is 34 euros.
