Fire at the Wind Farm

If you look close you can see where a fire damaged the wind turbine last week (third from left).
The fire department had to let it burn; no fire hose could reach up there.
Not only was a road next to it closed for days (still is?) - debris coming down also made it necessary to close a wide area around the turbine.
I tried to blip it from across the Bruch - doesn't get any better.
The company said it was their first fire on one of the Spargels* ever. Lightning could have been the reason. Hay-making farmers noticed smoke, then the fire.
At least a 2 million Euros damage. Doesn't look like it, does it? Those things are huge. Surprises me every time I drive by.

*Spargel = asparagus (what we usually call them)
