In other news, I maintained my weight this week, but I did get my Bronze Body Magic award, which I thought I had earned by now!  (that is for 45 minutes of moderate activity spread over 3 days and maintained for 4 weeks).  I do a bit more than that...but haven't really acknowledge it until now :)
