Off to the Yoga show in Glasgow today (coupled with it kinda being a date) in all honesty I think I would have rather gone on my own in hindsight!

I did get myself a yoga dot though and the Mindfulness session was great - don't think I would have chosen to go to that so guess that's a plus.
