Mondays

Back to Monday today with a bang! 5.30 AM alarm for a HIIT workout and a 1 mile run, shower, work, really busy morning and then a 4 hour meeting this afternoon. What have I don't to deserve that?!

On the plus side, not much time for eating today which is good for the diet! 3lbs lost last week, I would like to loose 2lb this week!
