Organised.....

Up and took the group for a wee 8 mile run. Longest since the marathon and the best I have felt. J went to see his dad and me mine, but I don't know where the time went. K and I walked the dogs and then we had a lovely dinner. Spent the even listening to some wicked tunes on the new turntable.
