Juicy Lucy...

I heard about a Juicy Lucy on one of my podcasts the other week there.  Apparently it's a Minnesotta thing.  A beef burger with the normally topside ingredients such as onion and cheese, imbedded within the meat.

This however isn't quite that, although it is on the to do list.  This was a similar variation I saw t'other day.  Beef burger with a cavity in the middle, filled with cheese, then wrapped in bacon.

Not for the vegetarian inclined.

It was lush....
