Cider Press

Us local villagers of Rushden, have decided to make use of all the apples that usually go to waste in & around the village orchards by way of making cider.
We have already bought the apple crusher & various other bits of equipment, but we were in need of an apple press. Darren, the local genius, has made a press from CNC cut ply & an air driven ram.
We tested it today & it produced 3 pints of fantastic apple juice.
Looking forward to this years apple harvest & our first years cider brew.
