The Last Leaves

The flowering cherry tree in our garden has been dropping its leaves very rapidly and is now almost naked.
I had another session of ultrasound at Physio yesterday and my lower back has been strapped up again. The strapping is helpful in restricting some movements and thus reminding me to be more careful. My back injury is still healing and I feel a little incapacitated and unable to crawl around weeding in the garden ... :-(
