Dogged

My limbs were screaming for mercy but I knew this would be our last chance to get out in the forest and so I girded my loins, grabbed my walking poles and packed sandwiches. We did around eight miles through Dalbeattie Forest to Colvend, then by road to Rockcliffe, and followed the National Trust path over to Kippford then joined the road again to get back to base. More walking later ... down to the pub for dinner and back again.
