Setting sun

The end of another lovely day. I finally went for a swim in the sea today. It was f f f freezing at first but soon felt warm, it's hard to get out then. I go to get out but can't bring myself to and do another two or three swims along the beach.
Late afternoon is the best time to go although the tide had turned and was on it's way out and I could feel the tug of the undertow.
Now for the Olympic opening ceremony. It's a shame it's not here - there's no rain!!
