Bit wet out.

And, I've never seen this happen before a drain/plug hole effect.

Flash floods in Birmingham this afternoon after a prolonged heavy rain storm and what happened at the height of the storm? Our fire alarm went off and we all had to go out but fortunately where we have to collect is under the railway arches.

The rain flooded Digbeth High Street and the knock on effect caused traffic disruption well into the rush hour. The ring road, Digbeth and all the surrounding streets were gridlocked. For me though I must confess it was satisfying to cycle home past all the queues of bored looking people. I heard some folk took two hours to get from town to my part of the world, which is only 6 miles!
