Busy day. Had a quick bike ride before travelling to Harrogate with Richard for a hospital appointment. The first treatment on his spine was promising but not fully successful so he is booked in for another injection which we hope will do the trick.

I took Jet for a walk on the Stray and then on to the Valley gardens. A lot of the displays are being changed so I decided on the this close up.
