At a first glance you may think this blip is about the "yellow peril" about to book someone for a parking offence? But no, look closer. 

The "RingGo" app has revolutionised parking in Glasgow. You simply download the app, pay online and you are good to go. You even get a reminder 10 minutes before your parking is due to run out to let you get back to your car or make a further top-up. 

Brilliant!
