new neighbour?

I usually see lots of cats and people hanging out of the windows here , especially on this particular street , but I don't recall seeing this dog there before. Had to stop my car mid street and take a photo from the window. 
I'm now learning that stopping mid road for a chat isn't unusual here, even though no one can get passed on the narrow roads, so I'm sure  stopping to take photos is equally acceptable :)  Good job I did as didn't get anything much else to blip today and too tired to start taking something indoors .
