The Reverse Cookie

I decided to brave the shops today to pick out a few tops to deal with my rapidly expanding belly (yes, mostly due to all the cake I've been eating but partially due to my growing baby - almost 19 weeks now).

Along the way, I couldn't help but stop into a new chocolate place I hadn't seen before called Hotel Chocolat on Frederick Street. With a lot of interesting chocolates on display, I was quite taken by the idea of this inside out chocolate cookie - with cookie & hazelnuts encased by milk chocolate.

Since my belly is going to get bigger regardless, I might as well treat myself to a few pieces of delicious chocolate along the way!
