Follow the leader

This little fawn is playing follow the leader with his mother. By imitating her and staying close, he is learning all the skills he will need to grow bigger and stronger and and stay safe. The doe (his mother) crossed the trail right in front of me with the baby hurrying along right behind. I put the mother's picture in today's extra.
