What a Morning!

The dawn was amazing this morning. The sky was blood red, with dramatic clouds - see the image in Extra. And then as the red faded, the NorWest Arch became more pronounced and the clouds looked as though they'd been painted in watercolours.

Not sure I should really include this in Wide Angle Wednesday, even though it is a w/a image. The theme is 'numbers'. There actually are 3 birds, if you look carefully. Does that count?

There wasn't any kayaking for us today. 'Red Sky in the Morning' was all the warning us kayakers needed!
