Lotus flower

I am no flower expert but I would say this is a lotus flower. Or is it a Nenuphar? :{
Or is nenuphar the french word for lotus? We saw this in a beautiful setting, Ground for Sculptures, near Princeton where we also ate in a nice place called "Rats".
