Nikolaus

What a successful Nikolaus day it was - daddy was home for the occasion and arrived just in time for the opening of the boot contents.

We then spent a good 4 hours on the Christmas market by Charlottenburger Schloss and in the gardens, which was lovely. The ducks were happy, the kids were happy, and so were we.

Also, we ate about everything you can eat on a Christmas market - Bratwurst, fries, hot chestnuts, sweeties, roasted almonds, crepes, gingerbread hearts.... oh dear.
