Birds Are Flocking

These little corella's are becoming a bit of a pest according to the powers that be, they are now of plague proportion, someone has complained and was on the news on the  local TV chanel tonight. 
Every night just before the sun goes down in they fly, they stay around an hour feeding on the grass then they start to flock, flying into the trees in the park, they wait for each other, when they are all together they fly off from the trees and rooftops and the TV aerials, in their hundreds they screech and squawk as they fly off to goodness knows where?
There is talk of a cull? goodness i hope i don't see or hear any of  that! 

On the reno up-date, the blinds have been cleaned and put back on every window, the dust is slowly settling, Glyn cleaned outdoors with the power water jet thingy, the dust had stuck to the brick pavers, the pantry is well stocked again, the bedrooms are beginning to breath a sigh of relief as we empty them of all the stuff we had store to keep clean of dust.
a few cupboards to fill and more furniture to put in its place yet.
Gareth (youngest Son) is coming on Friday to finish the laundry floor for us and edge the carpet at the bedroom doors, Mark came yesterday to bring in the fridge and wishing machine etc. thank goodness for strong strapping Sons and a hard working hubby, we are slowly getting there..
