It felt good to be out again today. I walked from Grasmere up Far Easedale which is a much less used route than the parallel one up to Easedale Tarn. Ok, so I didn’t get to the tarn …….. too many photo stops but I must still have covered about 5 miles. 

I’d hoped to find some cotton grass  -  there have been some great photos of it on blip recently. I did but will have to return equipped for bog!
