Flag of Sussex
The Sussex Flag (i.e. the flag denoting the whole of Sussex, rather than either of its two County Councils or the areas they each administer) is one of several currently flying over the village green at Newick, just along the A272.
The other flags variously represent the UK, Scotland, St Patrick's Saltire as a generic flag to represent Ireland, plus - although not visible in this photo - England, France (for Newick's Twin Town of Itteville), and Wales.
