Chiastophyllum opposilifolium

This is a (according to the RHS) a succulent perennial....a rock plant that we put in next to the pond last Autumn.
We've had a busy day, first a visit from the glaziers to replace two sheets of failed double glazing (water between the glass panes) then a long visit from the estate agent and his sister to size up the cottage. 
With a bit of frantic cleaning and gardening to boot.
