Minty and the vet

Yesterday Minty's condition hadn't improved during the day, so when I reported back to P, she asked if I would take him to the vet. This lovely young vet, Louise, did a few tests and treated him for an infection.

The change in him was immediate! More or less back to his perky self, he was obviously ravenous, not having eaten for two days, so I gave him a tiny amount of boiled rice and chicken, which he's to stay on for three days.

Here is Minty back at the vet's this morning to check that his temperature was back down - yes - but he got another injection and he's on antibiotics he's just had a thermometer stuck up his backside, which is probably why he doesn't look very happy in this blip!
