Iconically Nelson

I took a walk up the port hills in Nelson this morning so it seemed appropriate to blip from up there. This is taken from Queen's Road Reserve looking out over "The Cut" to the land on the other side of Tasman Bay.

This is a typical Nelson winter day - blue sky, turquoise sea and bright light. No wonder so many people want to live here. I thought the he colours looked decidedly Mediterranean.
