My lovely friend

This is my gorgeous brave friend Paula. The picture is from last year when we were on holiday in Turkey. She is battling bladder cancer and last year thought had got it under control. But alas not, its back for the 4th time :(.
She is such a fighter and inspirational but is getting weary. I wish I could magic it away for her. I said I don't know what to say apart from I'm here. A lovely catch up, worlds put to rights, tears, giggles and brownies.
Cancer is an indiscriminate shit.
