Campaigning Bishop in New York seeks to destroy crime and/or immorality in the entertainment industry, perhaps?
The truth is more mundane, this is on top of a sign in Broadway Worcestershire [Cotswolds], set high up outside a shop which appears to have nothing to do with either the church or snakes..still, hope you like it!
