Frost

A nice winter morning with temperatures around the -2 C. We live about 200 metres from the lake and there is no doubt the body of water works like a heat sink ( The water is hotter than the air) so our temperatures are often milder than other places around Wanaka. After breakfast it was out for a Blip time. Well The Bossess had that housekeeping look and wise men and dogs are best to make themselves scarce, so we did.
Personally I just hate Vacuum cleaners. They make my teeth grate and I am never sure if I should run and hide or attack to protect others from this noisy menace. I often stand to consider my action and the shrieking pipe thing seems to always move towards me and The Bossess is shouting at me to get out the way. What ever happened to quiet cleaning. We can (so I am told) put people on the moon. I have never heard about dogs on the Moon altho the Russians did something with dogs many years ago and then the transistor was invented which was smaller and dogs got written out of the program. But anyway why can't we invent a quiet cleaner? After my Cattle stop campaign I may embark (Hey that's a neat word it's got bark in it!) on a program to get quiet cleaners.

Anyway The Boss had a hankering to return to the Albertown area and as we got past there, the frost seemed to get whiter and Bliptime had arrived.
