Back to normal this morning.

Rotary for breakfast. A good speaker. She's responsible for "kinship carers" in Fife.

It's all about family members being supported as if they were foster carers if they're left with a family member to care for - say grandparents caring for grandchildren because they've had to be removed from parental care.

Better outcomes for the children based on the 2 years of operations so far.

You won't hear/read about it in the media because there's no bad news... but that will change quickly if something goes wrong.
