Practise means perfection

Pink paint, sparkles, glitter, all a girl needs to make birthday invitations, which is exactly what we spent our Saturday doing. Disco diva style of course. Fun activity yeah who are you kidding , Lara ate the paint, not sure why maybe pink paint looks strangely yummy, Bailee painted the table, entirely by accident of course, and Maddie agganised over the placement of the sparkles arrrhhh I am totally laughing at it now.

Feeling extra crafty today,(might have been the horrid weather outside) we then tackled Maddies first project for school. Let me just say Maddie had the whole thing planed out down to every last detail. colour ,size and design, I was just the glue gunning mum, I was told a few time "No mum I don't want it like that. They had to create something using a 100 things to symbolised them being at school for 100 days. I was impressed Maddie had designed a love heart with an assortment of pink buttons, very her!

Today we were in our usual morning rush, ballet bright and early 2 hrs on a Saturday.
Miss Maddie always the perfectionist has been really busy stretching, and bending in to all sorts of painful positions all in the name of ballet...she really is a little girl who takes things to extremes pushing her little body to breaking point. In all things Maddie does there are no room for mistakes even at 5 she doesn't like error.

Maddie is really happy here as she has almost accomplished the splits and her stretching is not hurting her as much anymore (she tells me)concert time is coming up and all the girls are very excited. They all can't wait to see the costumes.

Must go, just heard a crush and a scream following I am sure someone has fallen off something.
