....or emergency blip for the uninitiated.

Spent the whole day at home monitoring the tiler's work for the kitchen.  This was after a sleepless night after coming home yesterday afternoon to an almighty mess left by the fitter.  There followed a very terse conversation with the manager of the kitchen company and we have told him we are not allowing the fitter back to the property.  I was so wound up last night that sleep was always unlikely.  The stupid thing is you still have doubts as to the action taken, even though we have every justification for the decision.  It still leaves us with work outstanding.  The whole experience is one of frustration and dissatisfaction, spoiling what is still a fantastic new kitchen.
