Team GB rattling through Pyrford and on to Ripley at about 11:00 this morning, some 2.5mins off the front pack. For goodness sake get a wiggle on!!!

Back home now and they're getting even further behind. This better be some weird tactics they've got going on here! Get a bl**dy move on the stress is killing me and this is only the first day of the Games!!!
