Family Parkrun

This morning we all did Parkrun. It was MrsT & L's first time and they both did fantastic.

MrsT led the way and L and I followed a little behind. L and I both finished at 32.43.

It was a great effort from both in their first ever official 5km run. L for a 6 year old did great.

After that I took L to her swimming club before a lazy afternoon (for me that means cleaning the BBQ and going for a bike ride) and we have our holiday friends coming over tonight for pizza, beers and a sleepover.

I do love the weekends.
