Crab Boil

Last night, Phyllis & Glenn hosted the season's first crab boil. They're great fun! First, we decorated our own bibs/aprons....crab boils are messy. Then all the prepared ingredients: crab, shrimp, corn, potatoes, garlic bread...are tossed on a well-covered table and you eat everything with your hands. Bowls of melted butter serve as dips for the mess of food. Perfect fare to kick off the summer. Oh...and beer...lots of beer and wine.
