Trifle anyone?

Woke up REALLY ... like back in the days when I was waking up early to accompany Ben to the airport and be available for any of the lads who may need assistance. Hope they have a fabulous time away.

Back to DB to start making Christmas cake for our 'Christmas in July' (1st July) celebration! Looking forward to that already :).

After lunch, baked another cake for an order tomorrow. And later in the day, and impromptu dinner/games night with Roberto and Elizabeth again! She brought starter and mains and I made dessert - this trifle! Haven't made one for ages.

They beat us this week again at canasta ... we've taught them well, and that's all I'm saying about that.
