Bourges

The road trip continues, and today we are in Bourges. We parked by the river and wandered the city, including the magnificent cathedral - yes, for a pagan I spend a lot of time in interesting churches... The pictures of that, like yesterday's, will wait until I get back home and upload them to Flickr.

Apparently there is football being committed somewhere, and at the cafe we had lunch in everyone was fascinated by the game of sticking the wide screen to on the window! It didn't get dropped but we moved away just in case...

Then we forgot where we left the car... All we could remember was that it was by the river, and by a sex shop. I don't know why that stuck in the mind, but my google footprint now includes searching for sex shops in Bourges. It did work though, and the iPhone kindly guided us to it.

Now we are off to Clemont Ferrand and tomorrow there may be volcanos...
