2 Dewar Place

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. The foreground tower in Dewar Place were offices for Scottish Power, but it was the location of the Edinburgh Lighting Central Generating Station, Southern Wing, designed in 1894 by Robert Moreham. It is a Grade A listed building, although it looks a little run down. Click the link above to find out a little more.

Behind it a tower from an office block on Morrison Street, which looks quite polished in comparison.
