night before the party

Some people started arriving today and we went out for a big dinner at the auberge in the evening with everyone.  My cousin Catherine's wee girl, Hannah, got on brilliantly with Pierre's cousin's wee boy, Mathis.

The day was spent cooking and sorting.  I decorated cupcakes, made salads, baked tarts and was knackered by the end of it!  Luckily we were going out for dinner and we didn't have to make anything in the evening :)
