Showery afternoon

A bit of arts and crafts with the boys this afternoon as we were soaked a couple of times when out on the bikes. We are undertaking a major declutter and tidy exercise ahead of putting our house on the market in a couple of weeks. In order to be successful with the house we want to buy (private sale, not on the open market) we have to have missives signed by the end of November. So, its a long shot in this market but we'll give it a go.
