Sunshine on Leith...

Finally, after over a week of rubbish weather, the rain stopped and the sun came out.

So, after a long lie, then a morning of catching up, we headed along to The Pitt, at Pitt St, to drink some Barney's Volcano and enjoy the sun. It's a great wee place. On every Saturday during the summer, apparently. Tasty looking food stalls too.

Once the beer was necked, we walked round to Leith Market to pick up a couple of things, and then decided to stop at Teuchters for a drink. After the first one we scored a table in the sun, so settled down for a couple of hours, basking in the warmth we'd be craving since the sun disappeared a while back.

Then it was home for some scran and Netflix.
