Potentilla

Just because it is looking so lovely in the garden at the moment.  And we have been asked if we would open the garden as part of the Scottish Open Gardens next year!  Last year we raised a lot of money for the Neuro Ward at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary so it seemed churlish to refuse, plus it was lovely meeting lots of folk who were interested in plants and gardening.  

In the craft shop a couple of weeks ago a woman asked me if I had had an open garden last year as she had been up on holiday and seen it, and was sure she recognised me!  

Mike had a hugely busy day with yet more leaflets for the referendum and didn't finish his deliveries until after 7pm.  Quick tea and he was out to the boat until 10.30pm, when it was still light as day!  We will try and remember days like this in February!
