Armed Forces Day

Not quite the image I had planned to blip for today. 
But I was still inside the Parish Hall when I heard the pipes starting for the beginning of the parade. As those who know me know I don't do "rushing" so by the time I was outside all I could see was the backs of those parading - see extra image.
So here is a blip of a lovely rose in the church garden instead.
