Wingwalking

Today I went to Welshpool Airshow. It was grey but dry when we arrived and for the first three displays. This is one of The Breitling Wingwalkers - two ladies that performed acrobatics including headstands on the wings of the planes which were doing acrobatics at 150 miles an hour.

The rain soon started. Umbrellas went up enable us to watch the planes and a large number of the displays were cancelled, it finished two hours early which was disappointing. We had been looking forward to the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight and the Flying Fortress but they were among the many cancellations. I did enjoy the Typhoon though! The day turned into a wash out, the extra gives a flavour of it.
