Still, a new species and a first experience of the crazy leaping fish that is a Tarpon, caught from the spookily quiet mangrove lagoons behind the place we are staying.

A much bigger brother escaped not long after and then another one dragged the kayak into the trees and finished off by launching itself onto the kayak, unhooking itself and leaping back out on the other side...so no photo... :(
