Gozleme

In a little local market, around the corner from my Istanbul flat was a gozleme maker. It's a lot of gozleme!

The market was great - I tasted the most apricotty, apricots I think I've ever hard. They were perfumed almost - delicious! And lots of good, fresh vegetables.
