Shed 13 was built in 1904-5 as an industrial warehouse on land reclaimed in 1903. In 2009, the shed was earthquake strengthened and externally refurbished and is now a roaster and offices for MoJo coffee.
 
The interior was once a large space for storage use by the coastal shipping trade and still contains the 106-year-old pulleys and hydraulic crane equipment.
